All Mails Services will be collected from your office & door-to-door delivery without any extra charges.

The arrival Date of the consignment is subject to change due to flight and custom clearance.

We shall not be liable for any loss, damages or any late delivery due to causes beyond our control such as fire, accident, riots, strikes, war, floods or any natural calamities, etc. 

Fuel Surcharge 35% of Bill Amount may change as per company rules. 

We would charge GST 18% of the Bill Amount.

Please Clear The Bill Amount Within 15 Days from the date of Submission, Cheque would be in the Name of SHIVAM LOGISTICS.

Bill would be raised on basis of Monthly & Payment is not Subject to Hard Copy PODs.

We Do Not Allow Any Inquiry of Booked Shipment After 30 Days.

In Case of Any Loss/Damage of Material in Transit and If Material is Not Insured then a Maximum Claim of Rs.500/- only is admissible for an article.

Rates would be Charged Extra on Any Location Other then the Serviceable List Attached.
